CANCELLATION

Cancellations are accepted. Please contact us within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time any changes or cancellations will not be possible, since your order might be already prepared to be dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons and exchanges are also not viable. Please make sure you check all details, product descriptions and photos, before completing your purchase.

Please contact us if there is damage or any other problem with your jewellery upon arrival, and we will gladly assist you.
