Terms of service

The Contract between you and us. We must receive payment in whole for the price of the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. This is not an Order Acceptance from Mo Ghrian. Our acceptance of your order takes place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we notify you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only adults (persons aged 18 and over) are entitled to enter into legally binding contracts and as a result, are the only people entitled to transact through this site. Any other individuals who are unable to perform legally binding contracts are prohibited from ordering goods using this site. If you do not qualify do not use this site.

In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfil an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts.
When you purchase a product from our online store, please note you are purchasing directly from Mo Ghrian.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Mo Ghrian on the site, which we may make from time to time. Proposed changes to the terms and conditions will be notified to you by e-mail. Your continued use of the site after such notification shall be taken as your full acceptance of such changes. You will only own the goods you purchase once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment for them in full. Until that time we will retain the title to the goods. Goods supplied are not for resale.
