All pieces are handmade with precious metals and precious natural gemstones. It is a slow and careful process, where love and meaning inform all the steps from the design until it is shipped to you.
We use only natural gemstones and essentially sterling and fine silver. The materials we use for each jewellery piece are always detailed in the item’s listing. The Jewellery maker responsibly chooses their suppliers and makes sure they all comply with fair trade. We also aim to be always aligned with eco-friendly ideals.
We value “one of a kind” pieces. Our designs are unique and hardly ever reproduced again. Our pendants are exclusive designs and some of them have unique gemstones that will not be found in nature anymore and some are even impossible to reproduce in labs. However there are some exceptions, as earrings and rings may be produced more than once, but in very small batches.
A lovely letter with care instructions will be added to your order.
Please note that all handmade jewellery pieces are delicate and special, they should be handled with the same care. To make their charmer lasting, please avoid contact with water: remember to remove your jewellery when washing hands/dishes, swimming, doing sports or even taking a shower. Store the jewellery in dry containers/boxes or bags. Those are keys to keeping the remarkable beauty of your pieces endure.
To clean your silver jewellery you can gently use warm soapy water, ensuring that it is rinsed thoroughly and dried before storing. Alternatively, in case there are no stones set on your piece, you can polish your silver jewellery with a polishing cloth or silver jewellery cleaning solution;
Please note that tarnishing is a natural process and this process can happen faster when metal is in contact with moisture and perfumes, for example. However, the jewellery can be cleaned when tarnished or darkened simply following the steps already mentioned. To keep its original beauty prolonged, make sure your jewellery is kept away from moisture and water.
JEWELLERY WITH GEMS:
Be aware that natural gems are sometimes fragile and must be treated with care. Avoid the use of chemicals to clean your jewels and pay attention to the type of gem you have. For example, Ethiopian Opals are “Hydrophane”, which means that if they are left in water they can absorb it, and temporally lose their play of colour. If it happens, leave it in a dry place and the colours will come back once it is completely dried.
Our aim is to ship your jewellery within 3-5 working days, depending on the time we need to prepare the shipping. You will receive an email from us with updates or in case of any fortuity.
All orders shipped internationally are shipped Tracked & Signed For. They are shipped with An Post and passed over to the mail services in your Country. You will receive an email with the tracking info briefly once your order has been dispatched. Please be aware that overseas shipping can take between 14-28 days. You can also choose DHL express service that will take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
All orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland are shipped by An Post, aimed for next day delivery.
CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES
We cannot predict or be responsible for delays or extra fees due to customs and taxes in your Country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We aim to package all of your Mo Ghrian items in a charming and delightful packaging. Attached to your order is an important letter that will tell you all about the journey of your piece and also contains care instructions.
We support a community of natural coloured cotton growers over in Northeast of Brazil. Our cotton bag is also handmade with the same material and bespoke especially for us.
Our packaging items are made from recycled materials.
Please contact us if you wish to send your order as a gift directly to the recipient. We will ensure that it will be a unique gift experience.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations are accepted. Please contact us within 24h of your purchase for your order to be cancelled and refunded. After this time any changes or cancellations will not be possible, since your order might be already prepared to be dispatched.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons and exchanges are also not viable. Please make sure you check all details, product descriptions and photos, before complete your purchase.
Please contact us if there is damage or any other problem with your jewellery upon arrival, and we will gladly assist you.
We do not usually take custom orders, however, in case you like something we have made or have an idea that can be aligned with our style, contact us, and we might be able to work something out.
