Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME:

The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. We aim to ship within 3-5 working days. We will contact you with updates in case of a delay caused by unpredictable circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All orders shipped internationally are shipped Tracked & Signed For. They are shipped with the An Post and passed over to the mail services in your Country. You will receive an email with the tracking info shortly after your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

All orders shipped within the Republic of Ireland are shipped by An Post, aimed for next day delivery. 

CUSTOM AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
